Processing time

Orders are produced and packed within 1–3 business days. During launches and holidays, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery estimates

• Standard (US): 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited (US): 2–3 business days after processing
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and cart. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $75.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us within 14 days of the delivery date with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
