30-day window

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

• Email us with your order number and the item(s) involved
• We'll reply with return instructions and an address within one business day
• Ship the item back and share the tracking number

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know and we'll reserve the replacement while your return is in transit, subject to availability.

Defective or wrong items

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, email us within 14 days with photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
